30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Not happy with your HeatRider? Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How the guarantee works

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a return, for any reason. This includes the 14-day right of withdrawal that customers in the EU and UK have by law. You don't need to explain why.

Condition of returned items

Because balaclavas are worn on the face, please return items unwashed, in clean condition, and with their original packaging. Trying it on to check the fit and the color change is completely fine. If an item comes back used beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.

How to start a return

  • Email heatrider.store@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  • We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
  • Send the item(s) back within 14 days of telling us.

Please don't send anything back before contacting us, since returns sent to the wrong address can't be processed.

Return shipping costs

If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items lost on the way back to us.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, we cover the cost and you won't pay anything. See below.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it. Since shipping is free, there are no shipping costs to deduct.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, has a defect, or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Your legal rights for faulty products still apply in full.

Lost orders

If tracking confirms your order was lost, or it hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Cancellations

Want to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already shipped, you can return it under the 30-day guarantee.
