Shipping policy

Processing time

Every order is prepared and packed in 2 to 5 business days before it ships. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. During busy periods, processing can take a little longer.

Delivery times

After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 8 to 14 business days
• European Union: 7 to 12 business days
• United Kingdom: 6 to 10 business days
• Canada: 9 to 15 business days
• Australia: 8 to 13 business days

In total, most customers receive their order within 10 to 20 days of buying. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Delivery can take longer because of carrier delays, customs checks, or peak seasons.

Shipping costs, duties and taxes

Shipping is free. Any import duties, customs fees and taxes are already included in the price you pay at checkout, so you won't be asked to pay anything extra when your order arrives.

Tracking your order

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to show the first update. If it hasn't moved for a few days, your package is usually still on its way between carriers.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can only change the address before your order ships.

Delayed or lost orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, or tracking shows it's lost, contact us. We'll check with the carrier and send you a free replacement or a full refund.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. See our Refund policy for details.
