1. About these terms

This store is run by Heat Rider, based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information and to use our products lawfully.

3. Orders

Your order is confirmed once you receive our order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you'll get a full refund.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency and include shipping, import duties and applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you placed your order. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers.

Shipping is free. Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping policy for details.

6. Returns and your 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You can return any order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as described in our Refund policy. This includes the legal right of withdrawal for customers in the EU and UK.

7. Products

We do our best to show products accurately. The color-change effect depends on temperature, so how strong it looks can vary with the weather and your body heat. Colors can also look slightly different on different screens. Our balaclavas are fashion and comfort accessories, not safety equipment, and they don't replace a helmet or other protective gear.

8. Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights for faulty products.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, videos, the HeatRider name and logo, belongs to Heat Rider or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

10. Liability

We are responsible for delivering products that match their description and work as they should. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for damage caused by misuse of our products. This doesn't limit liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live in another country, you keep any protections that the consumer laws of your country give you. Disputes can be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands or in your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
